Jhalana Leopard Safari

Jhalana, a small wildlife sanctuary in Jaipur, is one of the best places to spot leopards. Once a royal hunting ground, the sanctuary spans 20 km² in the Aravalli range, offering the perfect habitat for leopards with its deciduous forests. Unique to Jhalana, leopards are diurnal due to the absence of tigers, making them easier to spot. Opened to tourists in 2016, it was declared India’s first Leopard Reserve in 2017, quickly becoming a favorite for wildlife lovers.
